Sheetrock® Tuff-Hide Primer Surfacer

SHEETROCK® TUFF-HIDE™ primer-surfacer is a dual purpose vinyl acrylic latex-based coating designed especially for interior application over new drywall. It achieves a Level 5 finish in a single spray application, in a fraction of the time taken by traditional plaster skim coating and applying paint primer, and produces a durable decorated surface.

SHEETROCK® TUFF-HIDE™ primer-surfacer produces an affordable Level-5 wallboard finish with an enhanced formulation that delivers whiter and smoother results than drywall primer. It applies quickly and evenly with professional airless spray equipment and generally does not require sanding.

The primer’s vinyl-acrylic, latex-based coating provides increased resistance to surface abrasion. The result is an ultra high-end look that can be painted after drying overnight (it can be left unpainted in ceiling applications where a flat, white finish is desired).

SHEETROCK® All-Purpose Joint Compound

SHEETROCK® All-Purpose Joint Compound is a high-performance, multi-task compound used for embedding joint tape, finishing drywall, and hand-applying simple texturing. It is also ideal for skim coating gypsum panel surfaces, laminating gypsum panels in multi-layer partitions and ceilings, and repairing small cracks in drywall and interior plaster and masonry that is not subject to moisture.

The compounds offer easy workability and deliver excellent slip and bond, good crack resistance, and low shrinkage. They provide excellent bonding properties.

It bonds like a taping product, providing a tough, tight bond in most job conditions. It combines all-purpose single-package convenience with optimum taping and topping performance. Use it for embedding and finishing as well as simple hand-applied texturing.

SHEETROCK® Brand PLUS 3™ Lightweight All-Purpose Ready-Mixed Joint Compound offers all of the benefits of a conventional-weight all purpose joint compound, plus three key advantages: up to 35% less weight; less shrinkage and exceptional ease of sanding.
